Our website is not intended to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have received permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at support@leaplines.nl and we will delete this information.

Why do we need this information?

Leaplines processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we keep your data?

Leaplines will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Third parties

Leaplines will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Leaplines remains responsible for these processing operations. Our website may contain links to web pages of other providers for which we can not guarantee protection of your personal data.

Right of inspection, correction, removal

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to support@leaplines.nl — to ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we will contact you. Possibly request a copy of your identity document. In this copy we ask you to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Leaplines will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within six weeks. For complaints you can consult the website of the Dutch Authority for Personal Data: https://autoriteitpersoonsgege…

Security
Leaplines takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Our safety measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact support@leaplines.nl.

COOKIES

Leaplines uses only technical and functional cookies. Leaplines also uses analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy.

What are COOKIES?

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device during the first visit to this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. We can also optimize our website with this. Of course one can opt out of cookies by setting the internet browser in such a way that it no longer saves cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via the settings of your browser.

Social plugins

Leaplines uses social plugins (hereafter referred to as buttons) from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+, LinkedIn. When you visit our website, these buttons are deactivated by default, meaning that no data is sent to the relevant social networks without your intervention. Before you can use the buttons, you must activate them with a click. The button remains activated until you switch it off again or the cookies are removed in your browser. More information about cookies can be found in our instructions regarding cookies.

After activation, a direct connection to the server of the relevant social network is built up. The button is then passed directly through the social network to your browser and entered into the website by the browser. After a button has been activated, the relevant social network can already collect data, regardless of whether you actually click on the button. When you are logged in to a social network, this network can link the visit to this website to your user account. If you are a member of a social network and do not want this network to link the data collected when visiting this website to your account there, you must log out of the relevant social network before activating the buttons.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on what data the social networks collect with their social plugins. For more information about the purpose, collection, processing and use of your data by the relevant social networks, their privacy statement and the right of objection, please refer to their conditions regarding the protection of personal data.
